Content Lanes DRAFT v0 · 2026-09-26
Twenty content lanes for the evening broadcast, grouped into five clusters so eight pairs can each own two. The channel is the pilot's first product: it is how the hundred patrons find us.
Two tiers, so it is achievable by week three
Two to four minutes, one per pair, cut straight from the 18:30 broadcast. Hook, build, result with a number, handout link. Eight a day.
Ten to twenty minutes, one per pair, produced with the content team from the week's footage. Eight a week, published Thursday and Friday.
Every piece ships a one-page blueprint: the workflow file, schematic, repo, or benchmark sheet. Free viewers get the video. Members get the blueprint. The contact form at the end is how customers reach us.
Cluster A · Agents and coding · the fastest-growing niche right now
One idea, one agent, one deploy, in a single unbroken video.
the exact format behind the fastest-growing AI channels this year (n8n / agent builds, zero to 230K in nine months).
we deploy to a real domain with the pipeline, not a localhost demo.
Same task to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and the open-source local agents. Scored on time, cost, correctness.
professional adoption of these tools roughly doubled since January; comparison videos own the search traffic.
sixteen Max seats means real parallel trials, not one person's anecdote.
A caller describes an app; front end, back end and domain shipped on air. Friday at 17:00, founders rotate as crew.
nobody does this live. It is our signature.
the pipeline already exists; we rehearse it daily.
A kirana shop, a clinic, a college office. An agent workflow built for a customer who is on camera at the end saying whether it worked.
automation is the second-fastest-growing niche; almost none of it is built for Indian small business.
the town is our customer list; the doctor and physio on the team open the clinic door.
Cluster B · Evaluations and benchmarks · students with a bench beat pundits
A new model drops; we run it on our hardware and publish the same day.
ComfyUI channels that publish within a day of a release own the search traffic for that model's name.
GPUs plus sixteen people means we can be first in India every time.
What runs on a 3060, a Mac Mini, a Pi 5. Poverty benchmarks.
the single most-viewed ComfyUI video right now is a 4K workflow on 8 GB VRAM.
we have every tier of hardware on the bench and an AWS cluster to compare against.
Odia, Hindi, Telugu on real tasks: form filling, agricultural advice, clinic intake.
nobody covers this seriously; it is also our fine-tuning product line.
native speakers on the team, the fine-tuning platform already built.
Evals where the camera points at the bench, the 3D printer, the PCB, not at stock images.
vision evals are common; evals on real objects in a real workshop are rare.
the bench is always on camera anyway.
Cluster C · Boards, protocols and the edge · the bench is the star
Reproduce the 28.9M-parameter model at 9 tokens a second on an eight-dollar ESP32-S3, then push it: what else fits, what breaks.
the maker story of the summer; the repo passed 1,200 stars in three days.
eight ESP32s on the bench and the firmware skills from the morning curriculum.
ESP32, Pi 5, Jetson, Hailo, the new RISC-V parts. Unboxed, benchmarked, given a real task, filmed at the bench.
evergreen search traffic on every board name.
the IIT bench mentors can go to silicon depth nobody else on YouTube reaches.
MCP, A2A, Matter, Modbus, CAN, I2C, UART. The morning lecture on a bus becomes a video where you watch the bytes on the scope.
protocol content is mostly slides; ours has a probe on the wire.
multi-bus comms is a core skill of the product line.
LabVIEW, Verilog, old serial gear talking to a modern agent.
almost nobody makes this content and every factory in India needs it.
this is exactly the deep integration the instrument line sells.
Cluster D · Concepts and illustration · something for everybody
Every morning session becomes a five-minute illustrated explainer: how an ADC works, what attention actually computes, why a state machine.
evergreen and searchable; the diagram is the members' handout.
240 hours of curriculum produced once, sold forever.
A recent paper reproduced in small form on our hardware, not just summarised. Per-layer embeddings first.
paper summaries are everywhere; reproductions are rare and trusted.
all sixteen are AI/ML engineers; this is what they trained for.
What broke today and why. The day's audio note on failure, made into a series.
audiences trust failure content more than success content.
the broadcast rule already produces the raw material every day.
An analog-looking device with a digital brain, episode by episode: enclosure in CAD, PCB order, firmware, the knob UI.
the flagship long-form series and the seed of the product line.
instruments, not apps. Nobody else is building this.
Cluster E · The company in public · rotates weekly across all pairs
What the radar says this week, who shipped what, which customers came in.
the transparency that turns viewers into patrons.
the dashboard is public by default; we are just reading it aloud.
One founder, one week, ninety seconds a day, stitched on Friday.
the faces the narrative needs.
sixteen protagonists, sixteen stories.
A customer's need turned into a kit or a printed part on camera, then shipped to them.
the sales funnel for the fab line, disguised as content.
3D printer, PCB ordering and the bench are already here.
Prompt injection, agent permission escapes, sandbox breaks, shown and then fixed.
high trust, low competition.
the assessment already tested all sixteen on exactly this.

Pairs pick at induction. Lanes can be swapped between pairs at the Friday review, never dropped.
The template · every piece, same four beats
Fifteen seconds. The result first, or the failure first. Never the intro.
The work, at real speed for shorts, cut for long-form. Screen and bench both recorded.
Tokens per second, rupees per month, minutes saved, tests passed. One number the viewer can repeat.
The blueprint link for members, the contact form for customers. Every piece, no exceptions.
Production rules ratified in the induction docket
- Record everything by default. Screen and bench cameras run all afternoon; footage is handed to the content team at 18:30.
- A number in every piece. If it was not measured, it is not a result.
- Handout before upload. No blueprint, no publish.
- Company channel, not personal channels. Founders are the faces; the academy is the brand.
- Customers and patients are never on camera without written consent. Founders sign the consent in the induction docket.
Grounding · what the lanes are based on (Sep 2026)
- AI tools and tutorials is the fastest-growing YouTube niche (+340%), automation second (+220%). OutlierKit
- Fastest-growing AI creators publish full agent builds from prompt to deployed, a few a week. Atak · SocialBook
- Professional use of coding agents roughly doubled Jan to Jul 2026; head-to-head live builds are a live format. JetBrains · The New Stack
- ComfyUI channels that publish within 24 h of a release win; the top video is a 4K workflow on 8 GB VRAM. DeveloperEducators
- A 28.9M-parameter LLM on an $8 ESP32-S3 at ~9 tok/s was the maker story of the summer. CNX · Tom's Hardware
